Unless otherwise stated, Our English Group, LLC is the entity responsible for personal information described in this Policy and is the “data controller” for purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK GDPR, and the “business” for purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). Our English is affiliated with MELI; where MELI processes personal information for a particular service or country, we will identify the responsible entity in the applicable notice or agreement.
